An order was issued today by L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon stating that K-Fed “is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court.”
Judge Gordon had ordered Spears to undergo random drug testing and take parenting classes stating that she is a “frequent and habitual user of drugs and alcohol,” so she still must adhere to the conditions of that September 17th order despite losing physical custody of the boys.
Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan brought forth the issue that Spears was driving without a valid California driver’s license while her children were in the car with her. She apparently does have a valid LA license but that is for the state of Louisiana, not Los Angeles.
