The Game can have his criminal battery charges dismissed if he’ll attend some classes (36 of them) and complete them all by February 2009.

TMZ is reporting they were at the court hearing today and the judge told him that he needs to learn to chill and anger-management classes are the way to do it.

Game reportedly punched the brother, Kirky, of his dead cousin right after the funeral. The row was over the funeral and its costs. Kirky (real name: Robert Kirkwood) filed a police report after the fight. He says Game agreed to pay for the funeral services, etc., but didn’t pay up.

Game’s version is entirely different. He says his family was trying to extort money from him using the funeral as the excuse. He says he offered to pay for the casket and flowers, but they wanted him to pay for all of it:

“I feel like they were just trying to play me out of [$17,000],” he said during an interview on Arizona’s 98.3 radio station back in July. “I talked to my mom about it. My mom said ‘you should pay for the casket and the flowers, if you wanna do anything.’ They rejected that because they wanted me to pay for the whole thing.”

He’s currently on probation for a firearms offense, and if he had been convicted of battery a judge could have violated that probation and tossed his a** into the clink.. so he dodged a bullet.

Travis Barker has been discharged from the Doctors Hospital in Augusta, GA and is heading back to Los Angeles. His rep issued this statement to People:

“Travis is doing great and was discharged this morning. He has left Augusta.”

Travis and DJ AM were both admitted into the Joseph M. Still Burn Center nine days ago after a plane crash in South Carolina claimed the lives of 4 passengers. Travis suffered second and third degree burns to his torso and lower body.

DJ AM was released from the hospital this past Friday.

When news of the crash was first reported, we were led to believe DJ AM had severe facial burns and was in critical condition as was Travis with severe burns to his torso and lower body. How can they be discharged after just 9 days? No mention if both will be continuing treatment at L.A. hospitals… I imagine they will since burns take quite some time to heal.

I don’t know… it seems as if the media exploited a tragedy for headlines.

While it’s a very good thing both survived and were released, 4 other passengers (non celebs) lost their lives. I can’t help but feel sorry for their families.

Katy Perry fans can get even more excited now. Check out this limited edition doll due to be released next week. Whoever wants to pay $49.99 can have one. Sounds like the deal of the day! It seems to look like the one seen in her video for Ur So Gay.

New York based toy maker Integrity Toys, says only 500 of these Katy dolls will be made. Hmm, so they are a limited edition… does this mean that they could become a collector item with the potential to possibly be worth big bucks someday? Maybe I should buy one just in case and store it with my Beanie Baby Collection, my Fairywinkles, and my Care Bears.

Aside from the potential investment opportunity, they are kind of cute, and I have to admit, I’d love to have a doll made to look like me!

DJ AM was released from Doctors Hospital in Georgia, a week after surviving a plane crash in South Carolina. His rep said he had returned to Los Angeles and released the following statement:

“While he is deeply saddened by the events he is thankful for all of the love and support he has been receiving from fans and friends world wide. We ask that you continue respect his privacy as he rests and heals and mourns the loss of his friends.”

His sister told the Enquirer that he was burned on 12% of his body but that he would have close to no permanent scarring/damage.

Travis Barker who was more seriously injured remains in the hospital in Georgia where he’s being treated for burns to his torso and lower body. Jermaine Dupri, (Janet Jackson’s boyfriend and close friend of Travis) recently visited Travis and told People:

“He’s supposed to send a message out to everybody in a couple of days to let everybody know that he’s feeling better. He’s definitely feeling the love from everyone.”

Apparently Travis is expecting to be discharged from the hospital in about two weeks.

Amy Winehouse came out of hiding to attend one of the classiest events on the London social scene, the Prince’s Trust End of the Summer Ball.

Amy’s goddaughter Dionne, who is only 12 years old was invited to perform at the charity ball and the Amy sang background vocals.

Sadly, she was a mess.

The UK’s Daily Mail reports that the audience was stunned at her appearance. One of the guests there recounted Amy’s pathetic performance to the paper:

“It was tragic — she seemed totally wasted. She was jumping all over Dionne as the poor girl tried to sing for the crowd. Amy didn’t really sing a single note — it sounded more like she was grunting down the mic.’

Things got worse.

After their performance, Amy was tramping about from table to table at the charity ball, demanding to meet famous people.

In a move that shocked everyone, when she was asked to pose for the event’s official phototographer, Amy:

“…flipped and tried to headbutt him. She looked like a woman possessed.”

When she finally managed to make her way backstage she reportedly collapsed in tears and kept saying: “Life can’t go on, I can’t do this.”

Where are her family, PR people? This woman needs an intervention. Stat. Why won’t anyone help her? If she were a ‘regular person’ she would be arrested for being in that condition at such an important, upscale event. If someone doesn’t do something soon, she will die. She’s dying in front of our eyes. Such a shame, she is so talented.

It’s been 40 years since Israel banned the Beatles, but Sir Paul McCartney traveled ‘the long and winding road’ to step onto the stage at Tel Aviv tonight and wow his Israeli fans with a fantastic concert.

The ‘decadent’ Fab Four were banned from performing back in 1965 by a conservative Israeli government over concerns about the corrupting influence the Beatles would have on the country’s youth. Those children are all grown up now and they came and brought children of their own as well as grandchildren to watch the legendary guitarist do what he does best.

He kicked off with ‘Hello, Goodbye’, a Beatle’s hit and told fans he was on a peace mission on behalf of the Israelis and Palestinians. As he sang the hit Give Peace a Chance, he stopped before the chorus to encourage the fans to sing along, saying to them: ‘Here tonight you sing it, you want it.’

His lineup included many Beatles hits, as well as songs from his post-Beatles group, Wings.

The songs included: Yesterday, Back in the USSR, Hey Jude and Jet. He added two encores for the cheering crowd.

He had hired a £1.5million security operation to protect him which included a massive 5,000 personnel guarding him during his stay.

This came after extremists including radical cleric Omar Bakri Mohammed warned Sir Paul to cancel the controversial visit out ‘of respect of the feelings of Muslims in Palestine’.

But after waiting 40 years, Paul decided to go ahead as planned. He said on his website that he hoped his concert at Tel Aviv’s Yarkon Park, which is being billed as part of Israel’s 60th anniversary celebrations, would ‘reawaken’ the idea of peace.

He said: ‘The world knows about the conflicts that have been in that region and I like to think that if I go to a place it becomes evident that my message is a peaceful one and I hope that the idea will spread.

‘Music can help people to just calm them down. I also think it can be very interesting for change.

‘Songs like We Shall Overcome have been very important for the civil rights movement so yeah, I think music is great and it can make changes.’

Kanye’s new single “Love Lockdown” has been sitting sweet on the charts, (it’s been downloaded over 200,000 times since its initial release) so he has now decided to announce on his personal blog that he will be pushing up the date for his next album 808’s & Heartbreak.

Kanye writes:

“I CHANGED MY ALBUM (release) TO NOVEMBER SOMETHING CAUSE I FINISHED THE ALBUM AND I FELT LIKE IT.. I WANT YALL TO HEAR IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.”

He debuted his first single during the MTV Video Music Award earlier this month, and was initially set to release the album in December. Had he dropped the album as originally planned, it would have possibly set up a showdown with 50 Cent or Jay Z. Guess he didn’t want that!

Along with wrapping up his album, he is also working on tracks for Jay-Z’s next studio album, “The Blueprint 3.”

DMX was brought to the emergency room at a hospital in Aventura, Fla. yesterday according to his lawyer Bradford Cohen who told Billboard.com:

“It was serious enough for him to be brought and taken into a treatment facility. He spent the night there last night, and he will probably spend tonight there as well. I don’t think it’s going to be an ongoing thing or a life-threatening situation. He’s going to be alright.”

Earlier this month, DMX, was extradited from Florida to an Arizona jail to face multiple charges he had acquired there, some of which include: drug possession, traffic violations, animal cruelty accusations and defrauding a hospital with an invalid Social Security number and name. He has since posted bond and has no warrants in the state, and was due in court Tuesday (September 23) to “clear up the bond issue for the possession case.”

Media reports cited the medical emergency as “fear of a stroke” but whatever the reason, he missed his court date today and pending his discharge from hospital, will have to reappear in court on September 29 in Arizona.

Britney’s younger sister Jamie Lynn is now the focus of a federal investigation. Apparently her boyfriend Casey took his memory card into a Walmart to get prints of family pictures one of which includes her breastfeeding their baby. If they really needed duplicates why didn’t he just get a card reader or download the photos from his cam to his pc and DUPLICATE THEM himself? You know how easily it’s done… buy a nice ink jet printer and some photo paper and ta da!

Anyways, someone made copies and stole them (authorities are trying to find the person who they think is a staff member) and is/was trying to sell them off. Besides the fact that it is a total invasion of their privacy, and is shameful, Jamie Lynn is a minor so anyone who has them is in posession of child porn, same goes for anyone trying to buy them.

Travis Barker and DJ AM are expected to make a full recovery after yesterday’s fatal plane crash says their doctor.

Barker and Adam “DJ AM” are in hospital after being severely burned when their Learjet crashed before takeoff from a Columbia, South Carolina airport. The crash claimed the lives of four people, including Barker’s assistant Chris Baker.

Dr. Fred Mullins, medical director of the Joseph M. Still Burn Center, said both Travis and Adam suffered second and third-degree burns. Mullins said Barker’s torso and Adam’s hands and part of his head were burned.

Travis and DJ were critically injured after a small Learjet they were passengers in crashed during takeoff in Columbia, South Carolina. Two passengers and two crew members were killed. An FAA spokesperson said the plane with six people attempted to take off shortly before midnight Friday from Columbia, South Carolina when staff in the tower report seeing sparks. The plane went off the runway and crashed on a highway embankment, catching fire.

Travis was taken by ambulance to Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, GA with burns to his lower body, and DJ AM was airlifted to the same burn center with facial injuries. They are both currently listed in critical but stable condition. Apparently they saved their own lives by climbing out of the burning aircraft after it crashed to the ground.

MSNBC confirmed that 29-year-old Chris Baker of Studio City, CA was one of the passengers who died in the crash. Chris, who is known as “Little Chris,” was Travis’ assistant.

25-year-old Charles Still of Riverside, CA has been identified another passenger who died in the crash. Charles was Travis’ bodyguard.

MSNBC reports that the female pilot, Sarah Lemmon, and the male co-pilot, James Bland, died in the crash.

I couldn’t help but laugh when I saw these pictures of P Diddy steppin’ in a mound of poo on the sidewalk in New York. Check out that pose! Wonder if his bodyguard gets his walking papers although really, P should watch where he’s going instead of sticking his nose up in the air and posing for pictures.

His stylist must have spent hours putting his outfit together although I do find it a disrespectful fashion statement wearing a rosary around his neck. We’d never see him on his knees with one in his hand praying.

Now those big dolla shoes reek. I wonder if the bodyguard is going to have to wipe the doo doo off them?!!

Courtney Love made a rare public appearance shopping in Malibu. She was spotted by the paparazzi reading The Crystal Bible. This a disturbing picture of her saying hello to them the way she usually does, by flipping them the bird.

She’s looking hella scary, I’m wondering if she’s still recuperating from her daughter Franny Bean’s ‘Suicidal 16′ birthday party this past weekend? This picture of her is so so sad. She’s got the Amy Wino look going on and it isn’t good. Not at all. What’s wrong with the people around her? Her family, her friends, her manager? Don’t they see how ill she is? She needs an intervention. Stat.

Jessica's Country Album Debuts At No.1 On Country Chart

Jessica’s album Do You Know has hit No.1 on the country music charts as well as debuted at No.3 on the Billborad Top 100. Death Magnetic by Metallica was No.1

Jessica’s album sold 65,000 copies its first week, compared with her last album which sold 101,000 its first week. Metallica’s Death Magnetic sold 490,000 copies.

I do believe that there were no other new country albums debuted the same week so… it’s not really that much of a big deal.

The Jonas Brothers were all dressed up and looking fine at Disney’s Concert of Hope benefiting the City of Hope at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday in Universal City, Calif.

In one interview I remember one of them say that he’d only date a fan if she really loved him… and now they say: actually, we have dated fans. Why don’t they talk about schooling/education? They all seem to be way too young to be thinking of marriage or are they thinking of trading in their purity rings for wedding bands?

Here is a picture of Miley and her friend Justin Gaston (20 years old ) leaving church this past Sunday. I couldn’t help but notice his “Sunday best outfit” complete with crucifix around his neck and bible in hand. The wife beater t-shirt gives him that touch of street cred because Jesus is His homeboy.

Miley’s tank top and bedhead isn’t much better. Many churches, mine included, are all about people coming as they are, dress is not relevant, as long as it is not revealing. Still though, both their outfits do seem a bit too casual.

I wonder if Miley’s parents were in the parking lot, or just off camera? I’m going to try to keep from making judgment calls. This is after all two kids at church. Kind of difficult though when I look at the picture of him below! He is an underwear model and a former contestant on her daddy’s the Billy Ray Cyrus hosted TV show “Nashville Star.”

Happy 25th birthday to Amy Winehouse. According to The Sun, she was a no-show at the Jazz After Dark Club Party that was held in her honour in Soho London. What a shame for all of the family and friends who had gathered to help mark the occasion.

Her mum Janis, and friends Mark Ronson and singer Adele finally left around 3:00 a.m. after waiting for hours for her.

Amy’s snub of the festivities meant she missed out on opening her gifts some of which included two paintings – one of Amy and BLAKE INCARCERATED and the other of her beloved Nan – from the club owner and the guitar shaped birthday cake pictured below.

Britney, has donated the oil painting (see picture below) of herself that was done by artist Daniel Maltman to the Promises Foundation. Promises are now auctioning it off on eBay to raise money for Miriam’s House, which according to their website is “a caring residential community for homeless women living with HIV disease.”

The bid is set for 10,000 dollars and this is what comes with:

Here is Taylor Swift’s latest music video for “Love Story”, the first official single off her sophomore studio album, Fearless. The hair, the dress… she reminds me of Rapunzel.

The premiere of the video for “Love Story” airs tonight (Sept. 12) at 8:30 ET on CMT and will play every 30 minutes for 2 hours.

Taylor talked to Billboard saying the song is about:

“a love that you’ve got to hide because for whatever reason it wouldn’t go over well. I spun it in the direction of ‘Romeo and Juliet’; our parents are fighting. I relate to it more as a love that you cannot really elaborate on — a love that maybe society wouldn’t accept [or] maybe your friends wouldn’t accept.”

“Fearless” can be pre-ordered in a couple of different formats. One way being an edition limited to 10,000 copies, in which fans can contribute a picture of themselves for the packaging.

Here is Kanye doing his thang, and beating up the paparazzi in an airport on September 11th of all days. What a Jerk, and I was really feeling his new song Love Lockdown too. The rest of the US was in mourning and Kanye was being violent. He shouldn’t be attacking the paparazzi, if he really wants to not be bothered he should fly private. I guess the gas prices are too high maybe Kanye should give Diddy a call and they airpool!
