David Cook (last year’s winner on American Idol) is working with AT&T to premiere a sneak peek of his much-awaited new music video, “Come Back To Me,” during a commercial break of American Idol’s Wednesday show (April 1) @ 8PM ET/PT on FOX.

It will also be available for viewing after:

– AT&T wireless customers can obtain a link to watch on their cell phones via AT&T Cellular Video (CV) by texting “COOK” to “8008.”
– AT&T U-Verse customers can access it through their Video On Demand (VOD) menu
– Or it can be viewed online at music.att.net

It’s apparently of Britney Spears leaving a voicemail message for an attorney back in January. Not sure if it is her, because if it were, what attorney would release something like this… he could be disbarred.

The clip was posted by a guy who has a Britney fansite. Pappy Spears is in the process of trying to have the site taken down and has threatened legal action. Since the guy couldn’t put the clip on his own site, he posted it on JFXOnline.

Britney’s ex bf, paparazzo Adnan used to do work for JFX, so that’s how the tape surfaced.

Britney’s deal with her dad seems to be working. She needs supervision, otherwise she’ll go off her meds and become bat shit crazy again which would result in her saying “bye bye” to having access with her kids. Her only really obvious choice is to keep the conservatorship, stay on the meds, and enjoy her supervised life.

John Mayer dressed up for his Mayercraft Cruise that departed from Long Beach, CA on Friday looking like the long lost son of Captain Stubing from that hit 70’s show, The Love Boat.

Rumour has it that his ex-girlfriend Jennifer Anniston dumped him because he was addicted to Twitter. He had this to say about the phase he’s going through to E! News recently:

“It’s inherently silly and it’s inherently dumb. If you really think that Twitter is the pathway to spiritual enlightenment, well…It’s one step away from sending pictures of your poop. I don’t have a devotion to Twitter. I didn’t sell out to Twitter. You do Twitter until everybody gets off of Twitter and it’s something else you go and try out.”

He left this tweet awhile ago:

“Watched the sunset. I just had a beer with the unknown, and it’s actually really cool if you shut up and listen to what it has to say.”

TMZ is reporting that 110 passengers became ill on the cruise and needed to be taken off the boat. Wonder if it was after they watched this sniffing performance??!!

Nickelodeon seems want to have some or the other star on their podium so that they can attract eyeballs of all the little ones who are wanting to see the biggest Hollywood star on the cartoon channel. Till recently it was singer Chris Brown who was making the headlines for being nominated at the Nickelodeon awards show.

Chris Brown eventually withdrew his name following his attack on on/off girlfriend Rihanna now the children’s network is to honor Leonardo DiCaprio for his contribution to saving the environment and inspiring kids to do their bit to help protect the environment.

The honor is part of Nickelodeon’s Big Green Help campaign a global program developed to allow kids to take action on doing something for environment.

I tell you the environment and words like saving, protecting and cause having become so commercial that most things are being fronted by celebrity faces what happens when they are not around, well simple – NOTHING.

The actress or soon to be former actress has a new career prospect after catching the eye of Ivan Bart from IMG Models. He said the following about Lindsay Lohan becoming a model: “She’s a beautiful girl and obviously knows a lot about fashion. Providing that she was contractually free, we would take a meeting.” Lindsay Lohan herself said the following about becoming a model: “I love doing photo shoots. I mean, if I could just sign with IMG and do ad campaigns and model more, I’d do that because that’s fun for me. That’s not work.” Lindsay Lohan does make an interesting point. Modeling is not work, mining coal in some forgotten city in Colorado is work. Maybe Lindsay Lohan will find that out in the near future.

Glamor and pregnant girl Rebecca Loos recently suffered from stomach cramps while inside a cinema. Rebecca Loos and her man Sven Christjar Skaiaa are expecting their first child so both were worried when the cramps started. Christjar Skaiaa immediately took Rebecca Loos back to her flat where she vomited all night. She said the cramps continued until the next day so she immediately went to the hospital.

The 31-year old Rebecca Loos said she was worried about her baby because she was suffering from intense pain. Luckily she was given a clean bill of health and the doctors confirmed that the baby was fine. The stomach cramps turned out to be the result of a gastric bug. Rebecca Loos’ name made it to the headlines after she claimed to have an affair with David Beckham for four months in 2004 while working as his PA. Lately though, Rebecca Loos praised Victoria Beckham’s new haircut saying she looks better now since all those hair extensions she had before drowned her petiteness.

Singing sensation Caitlin Crosby kicked off a national radio PSA campaign last week that puts a spotlight on emerging artists who are avid fans of the radio waves. The interviews will air nationwide as 30- and 60-second spots on approximately 500 AM/FM stations. If you’re not familiar with Caitlin, check out her super fun music video ‘Still Have My Heart’. The video features several cameos from some of her good friends Zachary Levi from ‘Chuck’, Jesse Spencer from ‘House’, Robert Hoffman from ‘Step Up 2: The Streets’ and Ryan Hansen from ‘Veronica Mars’. Ciara teams up with Justin Timberlake in her sexy new video for her latest single, ‘Love Sex Magic,’ from her newest album, Fantasy Ride. The video is inspired by the burlesque shows at Las Vegas’ Crazy Horse Too cabaret club, with Ciara showing off her amazing moves to JT.

Ciara told Popeater:

“Justin plays a voyeur in the video, so he pretty much watches me while I’m performing, “[I'm] doing different things with my body and I’m like ‘imagine if it was really me talking sexy to you like that.’ I’m playing with the imagination a little bit, just having fun.”

Fantasy Ride is her third solo album and features appearances by Timberlake, T-Pain, Young Jeezy, Ne-Yo and Ludacris. It drops in stores on May 5.

Working with Timberlake pretty much guarantees a hit, so well done Ciara!

Natasha Bedingfield and businessman Matt Robinson were married in a 30 minute ceremony on Saturday at the Church Estates Vineyards in Malibu. The location overlooks the Pacific Ocean and is the same place where Fergie and Josh Duhamel wed earlier this year.

Natasha told US Magazine:

“Our wedding day was everything we’d hope it would be. It was simple, beautiful and natural. Free from trappings or formalities, it was more about expressing our love for one another in front of those we hold dearest to us than anything else.”

She wore a cream silk Vera Wang dress and H Stern jewelry; her groom wore Armani. The small bridal party consisted of the couple’s closest friends and family.

Their friends David and Robin of Go West, organized the ceremony, which featured flowers arranged by another close friend, Rene Gonera. There were about 150 guests who attended.

Said Natasha,

“We are now very much looking forward to spending the rest of our lives together. Love is hard to find, so when you do find it, hang on to it!”

Bedingfield’s albums include “Unwritten,” “N.B.” and “Pocketful of Sunshine.”

Mariah Carey has been shopping for the last 3 months looking for a love nest and she reportedly wants to buy the world’s most expensive mansion which is named, the Fleur de Lys in Beverly Hills California. The selling price for the luxury home is listed at $125 million, but Mariah’s actual offer has not yet been revealed.

The mega mansion was built by Texan billionaire David Saperstein. The design was inspired by the Parisian palace Vaux le Vicomte. The lavish estate even hosts a 3,000 sq ft manager’s house and staff quarters for 10!

It sits on 5 acres, has 15 bedrooms, a spa and pool with a pavilion, a championship tennis court, a nine-car garage and a private jogging track.

Mariah who is now 39-year-old and hubby Nick Cannon are planning to leave New York to focus on their careers.

A source said: “They want to move to Los Angeles permanently. She wants to act more and she has to be on the West Coast to do that. And well, then, he’s got his career to think about.”

Lindsay Lohan is featured in new commercial for the Spring/Summer 2009 ad campaign for the Italian fashion line Fornarina.

A rep for Fornarina told press:

“[Lindsay] is that very self-confident, dynamic woman. She’s got a lot of attitude. That’s what we’re hoping our customer will aspire to.”

Director Marco Bragaglia shows Lindsay as a modern day “Alice in Wonderland” who is checking out three metaphysical settings with fluctuating geometrical shapes in neon colors. The commercial was filmed earlier this year in L.A at “Hollywood Center Studios.”

No Doubt will make a guest appearance on an upcoming episode of Gossip Girl. The scheduled air date will be on May 11th.

On the episode, the band portrays a fictional group named Snowed Out.

No Doubt guitarist Tom Dumont had this to say:

“We’ve done plenty of television performances, as ourselves doing our own songs, but ‘Gossip Girl’ was a new situation. We’re kind of like actors in the sense that we’re doing something within a drama on television.”

The episode is a jump-off for the new Gossip Girl spin-off show that will focus on the characters of Lily van der Woodsen and Rufus Humphrey. The flashback episode takes viewers back in time to 1983. Britanny Snow will play Kelly Rutherford’s character, Lily van der Woodsen as a young girl, Lily Rodes.

A Los Angeles judge has issued a restraining order against Britney’s ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. Brit’s conservators already had a temporary restraining order prohibiting Adnan from having contact with her.

During a short hearing this morning, Superior Court Judge Aviva K. Bobb signed off on the restraining order which also includes her parents and her two boys.

This past January, Britney’s father Jamie Spears went to court to seek protection on her behalf against not only Adnan, but her former business manager, Sam Lutfi, and attorney Jon Eardley as well.

Court documents reveal that the three men have tried to undermine the conservatorship, which had to be put into effect because of her erratic behavior last year.

The judge was told by Spear’s attorney that Adnan did not file any objections to a protective order being issued. Adnan and his attorney were no shows today.

The restraining orders are in effect until midnight on March 17, 2012.

The orders will be sent to several Los Angeles law enforcement agencies, and orders Adnan not to have any physical, e-mail or phone contact with Britney Spears or her family. It also orders Ghalib not to try to act on her behalf.

Adnan also is facing felony charges including assault with a deadly weapon. He allegedly hit a process server with his vehicle last month while the man was trying to serve him documents in the restraining order case.

Ghalib has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Amy was tottering around wearing high heels in London today looking as if she was dressed for a night of clubbing when she was actually arriving to the City of Westminster Magistrates Court to face charges for one of her many misbehaving antics!

Last September she did the freak on a fan named Sherene Flash at a charity ball. She plead “not guilty” to one charge of common assault and then checked out. A trial date has been set for July 23rd.
The entire proceedings lasted about 15 minutes.

Her dad Mitch did a fabulous job of chaperoning to make sure she arrived on time and looking so stylish. Her beloved well-worn ballerina slippers were not part of her outfit and it’s painfully obvious she isn’t used to wearing sexy peep-toed pumps. Check out her sexy wobble-walking:

Self-imposed rehab did work wonders on her though. I have to admit, she looks healthy.

Michael Jackson may be in the money again from concert ticket sales in London but his Neverland Ranch is still going to be sold.

Last fall Jackson and Colony Capital became partners in the ranch, with Colony holding a $23.5 million note. Neverland Ranch’s name was changed and it is now called Sycamore Valley. Michael received several million dollars in refinancing and Colony also added its name to the lease.

Well it seems that new buyers are interested in the property. It’s a lucrative offer where they’d pay back Colony in full as well as Michael with several million dollars.

There is a snag though. The new buyers had wanted the estate complete with all of its original artifacts but with the upcoming auction that is scheduled for April 21-25 that creates a problem. Catalogs have already been printed. Next week in New York Julien’s Auction house is planning to exhibit some of the items in the auction.

It’s estimated the auction could bring in somewhere between $10 million and $20 million. Jackson has already publicly promised a portion of the proceeds to the charity MusiCares, which is part of the National Academy for the Recording Arts, or NARAS, the organization that organizes the Grammy Awards. MusiCares helps indigent musicians.

As it stands now, April 3rd has been set as the court date where both sides will argue their positions about the auction. If the proposed Neverland buyers haven’t come to an agreement with Julien’s to sell them the contents of the ranch or reach a settlement with the auction house and give Jackson’s contents back to him, a judge will probably rule that the auction can proceed.

Julien’s Auction House has a signed agreement with Jackson’s MJJ Productions and Tohme Tohme, Michael’s manager dated August 7, 2008. This was signed eight months before Jackson agreed to put tickets on sale for concerts.

The contract states:

Consigned property: All movable and removable personal property located at Neverland Ranch that we take possession of, and any other property that you might choose to deliver to us.”

Paragraph 10 of the agreement entitled “Withdrawl” [sic] states “You may not withdraw your Property from sale after the date upon which you sign this Agreement or Consignment Receipt, whichever is earlier.”

Julien’s Auction House’s lawyers want to question Tohme and a business partner, James R. Weller, some time this week.

Should be interesting!

A hotel manager named Marc Marrouche was arrested on March 5th after he tried to sell Paris Hilton’s cell phone on Craigslist, the New York Post is reporting.

The buyer just happened to be an undercover police officer who offered to pay $5,000 for the phone.

Marrouche’s ex-girlfriend found Paris’ cell at Manhattan nightclub Marquee back in 2005.

Marrouche has been charged with criminal possession of stolen property and could get up to a year in the slammer. I’m surprised that’s all he was charged with. Why not more since there is the high probability of exploitation and extortion involved? Or how about invasions of her privacy and for whoever else’s number is in her phone?

Lindsay Lohan is at Samantha Ronson’s Beachwood Canyon home in L.A. and it’s been the scene of some MAJOR drama today. Lindsay and Sam got into a catfight and Lindsay allegedly tossed something and a window was broken.

TMZ has quite the report on all of the antics that went on. They even have some video as well. Here is a picture of the broken window:

Police have admitted they were called to the house because of a “disturbance complaint,” but apparently, they ended up leaving because the girls wouldn’t answer the door! Both of them are still barricaded inside the house.

Before the police left, they issued parking tickets to the swarm of paparazzi who were staked out all over the neighbourhood!

If this had happened to anyone else, they would have broken down the door using a battering ram or, they would have used tear gas and tasers knowing a “domestic” situation was going on… but hey this is Hollyweird, and celebrity justice has a different set of rules!!

What makes the situation even more complicated…

An arrest warrant was issued on Friday by the Beverly Hills Police in connection with Lindsay Lohan’s 2007 DUI arrest, for which she is still on probation. The Beverly Hills Police department has released the following statement:

“In response to media inquiries, [the] Beverly Hills Police Department is confirming a warrant was in fact issued for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan. The $50,000 warrant issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court stems from a May 2007 arrest of Miss Lohan for DUI and hit-and-run. The circumstances leading to the issuance of the warrant by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Miss Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter will be resolved in a timely manner.”

Her new high priced attorney Shawn Chapman Holley has released the following statement:

“Since her case was resolved, Ms. Lohan has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the Court. The warrant issued on Friday was, in our view, born out of a misunderstanding which I am confident I can clear up next week.”

There is a court hearing now scheduled for Monday so Lindsay won’t be getting arrested this weekend.

Former American Idol runner up David Archuleta was asked to sing a little something in Spanish at his San Antonio concert last night.

Here is Britney’s new video “If You Seek Amy”

I think of seen this video-style from her like… 15 times now? The munchkin-techno vocals, sexy gazing into the camera, the strutting back and forth. Her lack of creativity has become so stunningly obvious!

Spelling “bad words” is amusingly juvenile in grade school. Is she’s trying to make her music kid-friendly? I probably would have found the “hidden meaning” of this song hilarious if I was 16 and foolish, but I’m not so I didn’t.

Check out her weave tracks at the beginning of the video when she first appears on cam and flips her hair. It’s a very noticeable editing mistake. I’m embarrassed for her. If I noticed it, many many other women will too!

Due to the public outrage that Nickelodean did not take the initiative to drop Chris Brown as a nominee from their Kid’s Choice Awards since “the incident” – Chris Brown has removed himself.

This is a good move on his part and that of his PR people who have obviously talked some sense into him. Withdrawing shows that Chris realizes the consequences of his actions.

While Nickelodeon had chosen to let his nominations remain, saying he was nominated before ‘the incident,’ thousands of parents have protested. Despite overwhelming evidence that he did assault Rihanna, he is legally entitled to the presumption of innocence which may have been why Nickelodeon continued to back him.

Then again, the current nominees for male singer are, Jesse McCartney, Kid Rock, and T-Pain. Are they role models? Nominees for female singer include, Rihanna, and currently, is she a role model?

While many agree his musical talent may be award-worthy for nomination, his behaviour in his personal life is not and it is very obvious that his recent involvement in this scandalous situation clearly shows that for the time being, he is no position to be a role model for children.

Chris Brown’s rep released the following statement:

“Chris very much appreciates the support of his fans and the honor they have paid him in the way of nominations for Favorite Male Singer and Favorite Song.

Unfortunately, the controversy surrounding the incident last month has shifted the focus from the music to whether he should be allowed to be among those nominated.

While Chris would like to speak to his fans directly about this and other issues, pending legal proceedings preclude his doing so at this time. Once the matter before him has been resolved, he intends to do so.”
