Simon Cowell’s ex-girlfriend Terri Seymour is worried about the star and admitted she believes he should cut back on his hectic work schedule.
Simon, 49, split with Terri, 34, earlier this year and the pair have remained close. She admitted she believes working on Britain’s Got Talent and The X Factor as well as American Idol is putting pressure on the star.
She said: "I think all his work is tiring Simon out and he’s finding it hard. He’d hate me saying this, but he’s not as young as he used to be.
"He’s got such a tough schedule and at some point, one of the shows will have to give. We’ll just have to wait and see which one."
It was recently claimed that Simon could be paid an incredible £87.6million to return to American Idol.
