Tiffani Thiessen thinks new mums shouldn’t put too much pressure on themselves to lose their baby weight too quickly. Thiessen gave birth to daughter Harper less than four months ago. She is working hard to lose the 50lbs she gained during her pregnancy. But the actress insists she is taking her time to get back into shape. “Give yourself a break! Give yourself time,” she said. “They say it takes a year to get back in shape, and sometimes it does, so don’t stress about it.” The 36-year-old told Us magazine her fitness regime includes exercising up to five days a week and changing up her workout regime. “I was a runner before and I just started running again. And I do weight training, yoga, and Pilates. I mix it up because I get so bored. I like to do a variety of stuff,” the White Collar star explained. “My goal is to be back where I was at the end of the year.”

Naomi Campbell has revealed how her fellow supermodels helped make sure that she was included in her early catwalk shows. The 40-year-old said some designers had not used black models before but Linda Evangelista, Christy Turlington, Cindy Crawford and Helena Christensen insisted she be included shows. She added: “Getting pregnant is much harder than we thought but practicing making babies is amazing!”
Actor James Van Der Beek has become a dad for the first time after his wife Kimberly gave birth to a little girl. Van Der Beek, 33, best known for his role in Dawson’s Creek, revealed his baby news on Twitter and said his daughter Olivia was born on September 25. He wrote: “Had the blessing of becoming a father over the weekend… Couldn’t come close to describing this bliss even if I had 140 million characters. “Olivia Van Der Beek, born 9/25. He said: “If I watch football w/ my daughter now, she’ll like the sounds of the NFL & want to watch it w/ me when she’s older.”

Hatcher’s mum, Esther, even sent Teri a picture of a tour guide she had dinner with in Dubrovnik. “She sends me a picture, she emails me a picture, she is having a great time she looks 12-years-old and she says, ‘I am with our private guide in Dubrovnik, he is very available and very undemanding’,” Hatcher said on The View TV show. “I was like, ‘He looks like he is 12′. Undemanding. That is the overriding quality my mum thinks I am looking for in a man. “So there is my mom on her cruise looking for a guy for me.”
John Mayer’s rep has rubbished reports of any reconciliation between the singer and actress Jennifer Aniston. Actress Claire Danes has said she is addicted to decorating her new country home. The 31-year-old star recently purchased a home in New York’s Hudson River Valley with her husband Hugh Dancy. The pair recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary and she said she has been enjoying furnishing their new home. She said to PEOPLE: “I am feverishly decorating. We bought a fairly old home and it’s the first time I’ve ever lived in an actual house. “I grew up in a loft in [Manhattan's] SoHo, so it’s completely exotic and novel for me to have a basement and an attic and stairs even! It’s a real adventure.” Danes added that she is loving all the nearby antiques stores to her home. She said: “Hudson is a great hub for antiques. Warren Street is the strip and it’s just fantastic. Demi Moore has put on a show of solidarity with hubby Ashton Kutcher after a fortnight of marriage trouble allegations. Shia LaBeouf has told how he trained as an investment broker to help perfect his role in Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps – and turned $20,000 of his own money into $300,000 in just 10 weeks. Shia, who is dating Brit star Carey Mulligan, said he knew nothing about finance before landing the role as futures trader Jacob Moore. He said: “I had to learn everything from scratch. I walked into Schwab [Investment Services] and asked them to walk me through everything so I could learn as much as possible about the business and trading. I opened up an account with $20,000 and started trading. I also went to Schottenfeld [Group]. They gave me something called the S-7 book and I had to pass the Series 7 test to become a licensed broker-dealer. I took the test, passed it and started going to different hedge funds and trading.” He added: “The value of the account is now $300,000 and that happened within two-and-a-half months.”
