The singer has recently revealed the track listing for her upcoming album “Merry Christmas II You”, her own little carol/classic Christmas pop song album. Mariah Carey also wrote the following on her website about the release: “Merry Christmas II You is my Christmas gift to all my fans. I wanted you to be the first ones I share this tracklisting with. I’m so excited about it, I hope you love it and enjoy it for years to come!!! LYM4E!!!” So if it’s a Christmas gift, Mariah Carey will be handing it out for free, right? Maybe she’ll even hire a Santa or two to take care of the distribution. Such a kind and gentle heart Mariah Carey has!

The singer is set to receive an award for a breakthrough performance at the 21st Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival. Apparently, Mariah Carey is being distinguished with this award for her performance in the movie “Precious”. The chairman of the event, Harold Matzner, said the following about Mariah Carey’s prize: “We’re delighted to be able to present the Breakthrough Performance Award to the extraordinary, very beautiful and versatile Mariah Carey, who, in a critically acclaimed role, completely transformed herself from a glamorous music icon to a forthright social worker for the role of Ms. Weiss in Precious.” That’s it, go ahead, raise her diva bar just a little bit higher! See if Mariah Carey doesn’t start requesting a personal litter of paid slaves after this one.

Mariah Carey looked a little ‘nippy’ as she jetted out of Los Angeles last night.

The braless star – dressed in a tight-fitting top and a black leather jacket – left little to the imagination as she passed through security checks on route to Turkey.

The singer will join up with Tom Jones in the country where they are to be paid a staggering $1.5 million each for a one-hour performance.

Jones, 68, and Carey, 39, will receive the whopping fee for the gig to open Europe’s most expensive hotel – the $1.4 billion Mardan Palace in Antalya, on the Turkish Riviera.

The hotel – created by Russian billionaire Telman Ismailov – contains 560 ultra-lavish rooms, including two ‘Royal Suites’ that cost $18,000 a night.

It is decorated with gold leaf and crystals and has a beach made from 9,000 tons of Egyptian sand.

With a fee like that, hopefully Mariah will be able to pick up some underwear soon!

Mariah Carey has been shopping for the last 3 months looking for a love nest and she reportedly wants to buy the world’s most expensive mansion which is named, the Fleur de Lys in Beverly Hills California. The selling price for the luxury home is listed at $125 million, but Mariah’s actual offer has not yet been revealed.

The mega mansion was built by Texan billionaire David Saperstein. The design was inspired by the Parisian palace Vaux le Vicomte. The lavish estate even hosts a 3,000 sq ft manager’s house and staff quarters for 10!

It sits on 5 acres, has 15 bedrooms, a spa and pool with a pavilion, a championship tennis court, a nine-car garage and a private jogging track.

Mariah who is now 39-year-old and hubby Nick Cannon are planning to leave New York to focus on their careers.

A source said: “They want to move to Los Angeles permanently. She wants to act more and she has to be on the West Coast to do that. And well, then, he’s got his career to think about.”

Matchbox Twenty singer Rob Thomas and John Mayer shared their talent and contributed to the holiday soundtrack for young patients at Blythedale Children’s Hospital December 22, in Valhalla, N.Y. Both musicians participated in the hospital’s annual holiday concert, which was also broadcast on Big Apple radio station WPLJ-FM.

The concert celebrates the relationship between music and fashion and was held Friday night at Radio City Music Hall in New York.

CBS will be airing a two hour special of the event on Tuesday evening. Proceeds will benefit Stand Up To Cancer, a program founded by the Entertainment Industry Foundation to raise money for cancer research.

Stand Up To Cancer held a live telethon that aired simultaneously on three networks: ABC, NBC and CBS on Friday night.

Fashion Rocks aired a live feed of a special performance by some of music industry’s famous divas such as: Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Natasha Bedingfield, Fergie, Rihanna and Miley — who all got together on stage to sing their new charity song, “Just Stand Up.” Fellow Oscar winners Hilary Swank and Charlize introduced this fantastic collaboration of talent.

Beyonce who is filming a movie on Etta James kept the wig on that she’s been wearing for her role… just in case any of you were wondering what that bad newz is on her head!

Here is the new video from Mariah Carey’s ‘Lovin U Long Time’. It is typical Mariah, with her flaunting her body which just happens to be shimmering in gold. There is a beach and a bunch of other stuff… pretty boring actually. I don’t know why Mariah’s video’s are centered around how ‘hot’ she is. The thing is it seems like she is just trying to hard, and that she isn’t actually that hot!

Mariah Carey will  have another perfume hitting the market in September called Luscious Pink. This new scent will feature the bouquet of the Tahitian tiareflower and hints of lily of the valley, pink peony and white musk. I guess the Perfume market is an easy money grab. They are basically bottling water and selling it for between 40-90 dollars oh and did I mention they throw in a cheap purse, or makeupbag? I have only used one of the many free gifts I have.. its a black and hot pinkbag from the Liv Tyler Givenchy perfume the only catch it doesn’t zip closed.

Perfume is pure profit (as long as it doesn’t stink)

Mariah says Launching my first perfume was such an amazing experience that it has inspired me to expand my fragrance collection.

Maria’s song “Touch My Body,” is now her 18th Number 1 single putting her ahead of Elvis Presley’s record for the most chart topping hits on Billboard Hot 100 List.. Congrats girl!

“Touch My Body” is the first single off her new album E=MC2, which hits record stores April 16th.

I am kind of partial to the song, and the video is sort of cute, and Mariah looks really young for her age. I wonder if they did any retouching in the video.

It is not a flattering picture of her at all, her face is scrunched and her body position is just not sexy. All the photoshopping in this world probably couldn’t fix the picture!

Mariah’s perfume supposedly smells like marshmallows. Here is what the perfume maker had to say.
