Britney and Criss Angel are preparing for her ’shocking’ dance routine at the MTV Music awards. Criss Angel does do some awesome things, and hopefully this will really help Brit with her routine.

“Angel will guide Spears in and out of a series of mirrors, making it seem as though she vanishes and then reappears several times, a source told the Daily News yesterday. Other dancers in the complicated number are being called upon to harness up for simulated flight”

Looks like Britney is really taking her ‘comeback’ seriously. Her new single Gimmie More is actually pretty good, and I am thinking of uploading it onto my ipod. Her other single that came out Cold as Fire sucks, and what I was expecting from the X queen of pop. Let’s hope she trashes that single and keeps up with the more radio friendly hits. As long as Britney doesn’t go and do something stupid in the next few weeks, she may be able to make a complete comeback!

Why would the cops let him go twice, that is absolutely ridiculous! I am starting to become seriously infuriated over how celebrities get off so easy.  He was going more than double the speed limit. If he wasn’t given a ticket after the first warning you would think for sure he would have gotten one the second time! The problem is, he could have easily afforded the ticket, and considering he got into an accident during his high speed racing antics you think, he owes it to society to pay  tickets! It costs alot of money to pry someone out of a crushed car! He should have his license taken away.

Then Britney goes ahead and shaves her head, goes into rehab and when that happened I lost all contact with her A&R people, with her label. I was calling them, they weren’t answering my calls. So in the process of all that going on, that’s when I met Nicole Scherzinger. I played her two songs, she loved them, they cut the check and she recorded the songs. So when that happened that’s when Britney’s people called and said ‘ why are you giving away Britney’s songs’ and I say ‘uh, hold on..y’all didn’t cut me a check’”

 Its a shame that Britney didn’t get any songs from Ne-Yo he is quite the writer. I am not sure why Britney wouldn’t have bought the songs right off the bat its not as if she doesn’t have the cash!

An official from Malawi will be visiting Madonna and her family for two weeks starting September 4th. The purpose of the visit is to make sure that she is fit to adopt her little Malawian orphan boy.Madonna an her husband have only had interim custody of one-year-old David Banda since last October when she brought him to their family home in England.

The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services is conducting an investigation into child abuse charges against Ms. Britney Spears. I guess Federline is fed up of her partying ways and has got his hot shot attorney to finally do something! I wonder if Britney will have another breakdown if her children get taken away?!

It is nice to see she still loves stuffed animals. Apparently she got around 1.2 million for the photo shoot, but of course that is just speculation. I couldn’t imagine her doing it for any less. That girl only sees gold! I wonder why she chose yellow panties, you think gold ones would have been more appropriate.

We were all in for quite the laugh with the answer that Miss Carolina gave on the Miss Teen USA contest last night. She was asked why 1/5 of Americans couldn’t locate the US on a world map.
Miss South Carolina answered, “I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uhmmm, some people out there in our nation don’t have maps and uh, I believe that our, I, education like such as uh, South Africa, and uh, the Iraq, everywhere like such as, and I believe that they should, uhhh, our education over here in the US should help the US, uh, should help South Africa, it should help the Iraq and the Asian countries so we will be able to build up our future, for us.”

The simple answer such as “our education system in the states needs a complete overhaul, we are already lacking compared to other countries, and geography definitely needs to be emphasized”

After reading her answer over again, it doesn’t even address the question asked! She would have been smarter to just say she didn’t know and smile.

The SPCA were out at Britney’s house today to investigate why her dog was wearing a cast! Can you imagine? She’s got  such a bad rep as a mama, that now her skills as a pet owner are under scrutiny.

Madeline Bernstein, President of SPCA – LA, told an online news site “We have received various sources of complaints throughout the day. Some said that Britney’s Yorkie dog was injured and had a cast on and some said the dog had a broken leg and was not treated. After the calls started pouring in, we did go to Britney’s house today [on Mulholland Drive] but were just able to leave a note with the housekeeper. The matter is not if the dog had an accident, but if the dog is getting proper care.”

Madeline also stated that their office has not heard from Britney yet. “Britney is out of town,” Bernstein tells us, “but we hope to have an answer soon and get the matter resolved pretty quickly.”

Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer struck her quite the deal, she will serve less than four days for pleading “no contest’ to her two DUI’s. She is also on 36 months probation and she has to attend an alcohol program for 18 months along with 10 days of community service.

Poor Paris, she sure got ripped off!

“It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs.

Recently, I relapsed and did things for which I am ashamed. I broke the law, and today I took responsibility by pleading guilty to the charges in my case. No matter what I said when I was under the influence on the day I was arrested, I am not blaming anyone else for my conduct other than myself. I thank God I did not injure others. I easily could have.

I very much want to be healthy and gain control of my life and career and have asked for medical help in doing so. I am taking these steps to improve my life. Luckily, I am not alone in my daily struggle and I know that people like me have succeeded. Maybe with time it will become easier. I hope so.”

fter the HUGE success of High School Musical 1 and 2. Zac Efron and his girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens are holding out for more money for the third movie. Apparently Disney is only offering them 1 million each! I am sure they are worth way more than that right now, everywhere I look I see Zac Efron’s face plastered on something! Disney better starting dolling out the big bucks or they are going to lose a fortune. I wonder what Ashley Tisdale thinks about all this… If Daniel Radcliff can get 50 million for Harry Potter, you think they would at least give Zac 10 mil!

It is not a flattering picture of her at all, her face is scrunched and her body position is just not sexy. All the photoshopping in this world probably couldn’t fix the picture!

Here is Gwen Stefani’s new commercial. It is pretty hot, her swimming around in her fragrance! I have to hand it to Gwen she sure lost all her baby weight, and she really looks amazing for her age! I am sure she cakes on the makeup but still amazing! I bet her Lamb perfume will make her a whack of money! It seems to be the celebrity it thing to do these days, considering you can sell a tiny bottle of water for around 80 bucks!

Looks decent, way better than her ratty extensions. I wonder if she will embrace her new look. I highly doubt it, it is not extremely sexy to have super short locks. At least her hair is looking healthy and not all fuzzy. I wonder how long she will keep up this shortness. I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Finally Joel Madden decided to pop the question, you think he would have done it long before her pregnancy rumors started, he seemed to so whipped anyway!

Good Charlotte was performing on stage, and the dj shouted out “He got engaged yesterday. Congratulations, Joel!”

I wonder if they will have the wedding after the baby or before to make sure it isn’t a bast*rd child. We all know that Hollywood doesn’t really care about getting married before having a baby anyway.

This is a rare sight, Criss Angel the mindfreak and Britney the Freak! There are rumors that she is going to be getting him to help her with her ’secret’ performance at the VMA. I don’t quite understand why it is a ’secret’. I hope its exciting Britney really needs to get her act together.

Courtney Love strikes a pose for the September issue of Harper’s Bazaar and goes on record about her recent weight loss. She’s a shadow of her former self.
“Go check it out. All of the size 8s are gone,” the 43-year-old singer says “I’ve lost a lot of weight, and I have done it through being quite disciplined.”

She claims to have lost the weight by “colonics and fasting” she had done at a clinic several times a year and drinking two diet meal replacement shakes and “fish and macrobiotic food.”

“Some people think it’s about weight loss, but it’s about detoxing,” says Love about her lifestyle change.

The former frontwoman of the rock band Hole — and widow of Nirvana singer Kurt Cobain — says the weight gain came because of a bad breakup and eating too much macrobiotic food.

“My daughter (Frances Bean) and I were kind of going for it because the dessert’s fantastic,” she says. “I put on 30 pounds, and I put on another 15 out of emotional depression. Then I finally get an Italian Vogue cover, and I’m 182 pounds.”

“By the way,” she adds, “I hate reading magazines where the actresses are saying, ‘Broccoli and fish, broccoli and fish.’ You liars. You bulimic liars.”

“For many years, I took pills. I felt like I had this dirty secret,” she says. It’s been 2 years now since her stint in rehab. Let’s hope rockstar mama keeps stays sober and keeps healthy.

Cameron Diaz and John Mayer are dating! What an odd pair. Cameron is quite the cougar she is always going for younger guys! She is 34 year old, and John is only 29!
I guess we will have to wait and see what will unfold with this relationship. Personally I think John Mayer is an a*s! I think Cameron is way too sweet for him, but then again Jessica is sweet and she seemed to hack it out for quite awhile.
