Miley Cyrus has filed a counter suit claiming she’s the victim of an Asian ploy and is now defending herself against those people that sued her for this alleged racist photo that surfaced.

Lucie Kim had sued Miley for $1 billion, on behalf of all Asian-Pacific Islanders in L.A. County.

TMZ is reporting that they have the papers Miley has just filed where she is asking the judge to sanction Kim’s lawyers for filing “a manifestly frivolous” lawsuit that amounts to nothing more than a “publicity stunt in an effort to publicly embarrass and harass [Miley] and to obtain a large and quick class-action settlement.”

Miley’s attorneys are asking the court to make Lucie Kim’s lawyers pay their $26,685 fees.

I have to admit, I do think Miley’s gesture in the picture is scandalous, but suing her for $4 billion dollars is beyond ridiculous! It’s vindictive for adults to file a frivolous lawsuit against a wealthy teenager because their ethnicity has been offended. There are people everywhere of all ethnicities being made fun of, including Caucasians.

Whitney Houston’s mom is suing her a**! Apparently Whitney kept 1 million dollars in insurance money from when her dad passed away in 2003. She was supposed to pay off his mortgage with the money, as that was his wishes. Whitney being the diva she is, is counter suing her mom for 1.6 million. Why you ask? Well mama’s been living for free for 2 decades.

I can’t believe this. Whitney should be worth millions and she is bickering over her fathers insurance money, and her mom living for free! How sad is that.

It’s apparently of Britney Spears leaving a voicemail message for an attorney back in January. Not sure if it is her, because if it were, what attorney would release something like this… he could be disbarred.

The clip was posted by a guy who has a Britney fansite. Pappy Spears is in the process of trying to have the site taken down and has threatened legal action. Since the guy couldn’t put the clip on his own site, he posted it on JFXOnline.

Britney’s ex bf, paparazzo Adnan used to do work for JFX, so that’s how the tape surfaced.

Britney’s deal with her dad seems to be working. She needs supervision, otherwise she’ll go off her meds and become bat shit crazy again which would result in her saying “bye bye” to having access with her kids. Her only really obvious choice is to keep the conservatorship, stay on the meds, and enjoy her supervised life.

Lindsay Lohan is at Samantha Ronson’s Beachwood Canyon home in L.A. and it’s been the scene of some MAJOR drama today. Lindsay and Sam got into a catfight and Lindsay allegedly tossed something and a window was broken.

TMZ has quite the report on all of the antics that went on. They even have some video as well. Here is a picture of the broken window:

Police have admitted they were called to the house because of a “disturbance complaint,” but apparently, they ended up leaving because the girls wouldn’t answer the door! Both of them are still barricaded inside the house.

Before the police left, they issued parking tickets to the swarm of paparazzi who were staked out all over the neighbourhood!

If this had happened to anyone else, they would have broken down the door using a battering ram or, they would have used tear gas and tasers knowing a “domestic” situation was going on… but hey this is Hollyweird, and celebrity justice has a different set of rules!!

What makes the situation even more complicated…

An arrest warrant was issued on Friday by the Beverly Hills Police in connection with Lindsay Lohan’s 2007 DUI arrest, for which she is still on probation. The Beverly Hills Police department has released the following statement:

“In response to media inquiries, [the] Beverly Hills Police Department is confirming a warrant was in fact issued for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan. The $50,000 warrant issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court stems from a May 2007 arrest of Miss Lohan for DUI and hit-and-run. The circumstances leading to the issuance of the warrant by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Miss Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter will be resolved in a timely manner.”

Her new high priced attorney Shawn Chapman Holley has released the following statement:

“Since her case was resolved, Ms. Lohan has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the Court. The warrant issued on Friday was, in our view, born out of a misunderstanding which I am confident I can clear up next week.”

There is a court hearing now scheduled for Monday so Lindsay won’t be getting arrested this weekend.

TMZ is reporting that their sources have confirmed to them that the woman who sent the text message to Chris Brown on THE night that resulted in the assault against Rihanna was from his manager Tina Davis. Apparently, it was she who had sent him a 3 page text message to his cell phone suggesting they hook up later. When Rihanna read it, she did the freak (slapped him first) and things escalated from there.

The detective’s affidavit stated the text was:

“from a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with.”

Davis who will be turning 40 years old this month has been rumored to have had a relationship with Chris when he was 16… although both of them have denied it.

Even after receiving thousands of requests to remove Chris Brown from the nominee list, the team over at Nickelodeon are allowing his Kids Choice Awards nominations to remain.

Chris is nominated for Favorite Male Singer and also for “Kiss Kiss” for Favorite Song.

It is very upsetting that the network has not taken a more pro-active stand against domestic violence because the evidence is overwhelming. It not only includes pictures and Rihanna’s own words in the police report, but a text from Brown himself to her manager admitting and apologizing for his actions saying he was going to get help for his anger issues.

E! is reporting that Chris and Rihanna are planning to record a duet together for his Greatest Hits Album.

PR rep Michael Sitrick, who is dealing with the crisis situation involving Chris Brown and Rihanna made a wise move and suggested that Chris take anger management classes. Brilliant attempt at damage control! This past Monday Chris attended his first one in Glendale, Calif. While he has not been ordered to go, Chris taking the initiative to go on his own just may help him appease the court and at least show the public that he is making an effort to seek the help he so obviously needs.

Rihanna will be returning to Los Angeles so that she can attend the March 5th court date.

The Daily News is reporting that because the February 8th assault was his first offence, and even with her testimony, if convicted, he most likely won’t have to do any jail time.

Last night, the photo of Rihanna with the injuries she allegedly got during the fight she had with her boyfriend Chris Brown made the internet. It was such a sad disturbing photo I didnt’ feel right posting it.

Anyways…

The LAPD now has an internal investigation to determine who sold or leaked the picture to one of the major celebrity news sites, TMZ. They issued the following statement last night asking for the public’s assistance :

“The photograph has the appearance of one taken during an official domestic violence investigation. The Los Angeles Police Department takes seriously its duty to maintain the confidentiality of victims of domestic violence. A violation of this type is considered serious misconduct, with penalties up to and including termination.”

Only Harry Levin and TMZ know how they obtained the photo. It may have been someone close to Rihanna’s, so until we are told the reasons why it was released, we should not jump to conclusions.

The one positive that I can see with it being released is that it shows that celebrities are human and also shows the younger fans who idolize Rihanna that abuse is never acceptable. Victims of domestic violence need to tell someone, instead of running back to their “abuser.” It’s a lesson hopefully others who are in a similar situation to hers learn.

Today is Rihanna’s 21st birthday.

Rihanna’s rep issued the following statement:

“At the request of the authorities, Rihanna is not commenting about the incident involving Chris Brown. She wants to assure her fans that she remains strong, is doing well, and deeply appreciates the outpouring of support she has received during this difficult time.”

Suge Knight got his a** kicked again.

He had been at a private party at the W Hotel in Scottsdale, AZ for NBA All-Star weekend.

According to the Scottsdale PD website, when police arrived, they saw a man punch the victim — aka Suge — two times in the head.” Officers had to break out the tasers to “quell the fight.”

The suspect, Robert Carnes Jr., was charged with one count of felony aggravated assault — they ruled it a felony “due to the severity of the victim’s injuries.” A second man was also arrested and charged with one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

According to the Scottsdale PD, “Carnes reported to officers that he is employed as the business manager for singer ‘Akon.’”

Suge was taken to a local hospital and had to undergo treatment for facial injuries.

Apparently, Akon had left the party and was back in his hotel room at The W when the fight was going on.

Akon’s publicist released the following statement about Robert Carnes Jr., the guy accused of beating Suge’s ass:

“He is not Akon’s business manager, David Bolno is. He is with Akon’s camp.”

Suge used to be the man at one time but that time is over since he’s got random dudes stepping up to him with no fear of consequences! Why doesn’t he relocate to somewhere far away, catch some rays and give up this partying and getting KO’d biznass?

Chris Brown released the following statement:

“Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God’s help, to emerging a better person. Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and/or reported in the media is wrong. While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs or any place else. Those posts or writing under my name are frauds.”

Well, I’ve been trying not to judge until the truth is revealed as none of us really know what happened, although leaving her on the side of the road alone, after what ‘transpired’ is not acceptable. If he didn’t want Rihanna in the car, he should have called the police, not resorted to fighting and violence.

If the allegations are true and he used excessive force, then he broke the law. Chris and anyone else who breaks the law should be held accountable for his/their actions and be punished either with counseling and community service or jail time. Just because he is young and a celebrity and can afford high priced attorneys, doesn’t mean he should get away with what he did… if he did do what he is being charged with.

Chris can pray and call upon God for forgiveness as that is what God is there for – to help get through the difficult times in life.

A Los Angeles woman named Lucie J. Kim has filed a class action suit against Miley Cyrus, claiming she made fun of Asians by slanting her eyes in the picture above. She wants $4 billion.

Lucie J. Kim is stating she is representing more than 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in L.A. County. Her document also claims when Miley posed for the photo, she “knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ.”

In her lawsuit that she filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, she claims that each Asian Pacific Islander is entitled to the minimum damages for a civil rights violation which amounts to $4,000, which when added up would total $4 billion!

Miley has apologized twice for the photo, the second apology coming after her first one didn’t cut it. The second apology while sounding more sincere, apparently still hasn’t appeased many in the Asian community.

Kim said in her lawsuit papers that Miley’s “just a kid” apology is not acceptable. She says it is similar to Paris Hilton claiming to be just a kid. What else is not acceptable according to many others is that 16 year old Miley is sitting on the lap of an adult at a party with other adults who are drinking what appears to be alcohol.

I wonder about the other kids in the picture doing the same face, are they being sued as well? I’m thinking no since none of them are as wealthy.

Miley’s reps have not yet released a comment.

It’s on! Etta James vs. Beyonce.

As we all know, Beyonce was asked to sing “At Last” at the presidential inauguration and she did a fine job although why they didn’t just ask Etta instead is beyond me.

Etta feels the same way and she is still upset she wasn’t asked to sing her song. During one of her concerts in Seattle the other night, Etta started hissing about it.

Etta told the audience:

“You know, YOUR President, the one with the big ears-he ain’t my President–had that woman singing for him at his Inauguration. She’s going to get her ass whooped. How dare Beyonce sing MY song that I been singing forever. Now I’m going to sing it for y’all….”

Just thinking, wouldn’t it have been nice if Beyonce had asked Etta to sing the song with her? Although, I’ve read that many think of Etta as ‘old school ghetto’ … as in the woman can bring the house down when she belts out the tunes, but she also can belt out the raunch!

I have to admit though that just the thought of old Etta kicking BeYAWNce’s fine a** is sexay! Etta and Sacha Fierce … cage fight. I’d so be there!

Osama Lutfi, Brit’s former manager who just had a restraining order filed against him by her the other day has filed a lawsuit of his own today. He is suing Britney and her parents, Jamie & Lynne Spears for defamation.

All the claims of libel and defamation are from what was written in mama Lynne Spear’s book, “Through the Storm.” Lutfi says since the book came out, he:

“has been subjected to unfathomable amounts of ridicule and public scorn.”

Lutfi is also stating that Britney broke a contract with him and owes him unpaid management fees. He claims he had an oral agreement with Brit to manage her for 4 years while earning 15% commission. What were his management credentials anyways? Instead of a written contract, does he think an “oral agreement” with someone who was legally determined incapable of handling her own affairs is legally binding?

Lutfi’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, gave the following statement to PerezHilton.com:

“This lawsuit is being brought as a result of the defamation, ridicule and harassment of Sam Lutfi by Jamie Spears and Lynne Spears. A thorough investigation has revealed overwhelming evidence from independent witnesses, showing that Lynne Spears knowingly and maliciously publicized devastating false information about Lutfi which destroyed his reputation, irreparably harmed his career, and subjected him to constant scorn and humiliation.

At the time of the trial in this action, the jury will have an opportunity to weigh the credibility of the witnesses. In doing so, it will be faced with two threshold questions: Why would a supposedly loving mother write a tell all book about the sordid details of two of the most devastating nights of her daughter’s life and go on countless talk shows for her own profit? And why would a loving father who deems his daughter to be incompetent, thrust her into a massive world tour only to subject her to the very limelight that threatened to shatter her life, for something other than his own personal gain?

The facts of this case will reveal Jamie and Lynne’s conduct in light of these questions. It will unequivocally explain the motivation of two people who are seemingly willing to destroy anyone and anything that gets in the way of their ability to control and profit from their daughter. I still can’t get over that Lufti called in to a radio station to talk about her and he made comments about walking in on Spears while she was nude!

It’s so very disturbing that while Lufti was acting as Britney’s manager, he didn’t obtain “help” for his mentally ill “client”. He would hide her dog and make her search for it, he removed the batteries from her cell phone and her cars so others couldn’t contact her, he admitted to administering medicine to her, and he allegedly stole artwork from the home when he left.

The guy seems dangerous. Very dangerous. I can see him losing this court case and then writing a tell-all book.

Lindsay Lohan wrote this on her blog to clear up some misinformation that has been all over the net.

Access Hollywood reported on Monday that Lindsay and SaMan had split up and that Lindsay had moved out of the place she shared with Samantha. Lindsay wants us all to hear it straight from her, the rumours are NOT true.

They’ve had such a volatile relationship lately, we’ll have to wait and see if they are out and about doing the public displays of affection.

Soulja Boy’s rep has confirmed that the rapper’s home was robbed on Dec. 30th. The rep refused to corroborate the thugs’ video’s statements or provide any concrete details, claiming only that the crime is “a serious situation.”

Interestingly enough, an online video was released the next day where two guys wearing masks claimed responsibility for the robbery, bragging that they stalked Soulja Boy before the attack by attending his album release party and then following him back to his home. They also say that they were the only two involved and used just one weapon.

Stupid move on their parts… besides the release of their homemade video, there had to have been video, cameras, paparazzi at the party. Shouldn’t take long for the cops to find/figure out who they are.

Reminds me of Soulja Boy’s video where he was relaxing at his home, and six guys with pistols and AK-47s broke in and ransacked the place.

Checked into Michael Lohan’s website earlier this morning and noticed he had a new entry. I couldn’t help myself. Only in Hollywood will you find a parent arguing with their child through a website.

He writes:

“There is a truce between Lindsay and I, so please stop adding any fuel to the fire. I respectfully ask that all sources, so called friends and mouthpieces refrain from any more comments or suggestions on her blog.”

The cheek of this man! He’s the one who had been ranting about Lindsay and SaMan last week. Some of the comments on his blog were not so nice, maybe that’s why he had his change of heart, although it won’t be for long since it seems living through his daughter’s life is the only thing he has going on.

Lindsay Lohan’s daddy dearest seems to be updating his new blog quite frequently. Here’s his latest entry:

Michael seems to be digging himself a deeper hole here. Why is he responding to anything Lindsay might say on her blog? He is supposed to be the grown-up, stay quiet, and pray for her. That will show the love of God to her more than anything else. Be the man of God that he claims to be.

This is really all about Lindsay. Both SaMan and her father are having this tug of war over her as if she were a child caught in a divorce. Lindsay seems to be the victim being exploited. Or is she?

I wonder if she is the manipulator? There is a very real possibility that she is the one using her family friends, and paparazzi to stay famous?

I was waiting for his response to the media frenzy that incurred when Kanye got himself arrested for allegedly slamming a camera into a paparazzo’s face the other day in England. Here it is for your enjoyment. Isn’t it so typically Kanye to do the entire RANT in CAPS? If you don’t want to read the entire thing, basically he says he was only trying to protect his private space and held his hand up to the camera. From the looks of the small scratches on the pap’s nose, it was kind of obvious that since the ‘damage’ was so slight, there really was no reason for the police to charge him.

I DIDN’T ASSAULT HIM BUT MERELY PUTTING MY HAND UP TO COVER HIS LENS. MY SECURITY YELLED, “GET THE CAMERA OFF HIM.” I GUESS IN ALL THE COMMOTION THE CAMERA SCRAPED HIS NOSE.

THREE HOURS LATER I GET A KNOCK AT MY HOTEL DOOR. THERE WERE FIVE POLICE OFFICERS IN FRONT OF MY ROOM AND I HAD NO IDEA WHY. I HAD MY SECURITY GO SPEAK WITH THEM. THE COPS WERE VERY CORDIAL BUT TOLD ME THEY HAD TO ARREST ME BECAUSE A COMPLAINT WAS FILED. THAT WAS THE BOGUS PART. THEY PLACED ME IN HANDCUFFS AND DROVE ME TO THE STATION. THEY SPOKE ABOUT HOW THIS WAS OBVIOUSLY A PUBLICITY STUNT BY THE PHOTOGRAPHER BUT THEY STILL HAD TO GO THOUGH THE MOTIONS. WHEN I GOT BACK TO THE HOTEL THERE WERE PAPARAZZI HANGING OVER THE BRIDGE ABOVE THE HOTEL TRYING TO GET A SHOT OF ME GETTING OUT THE POLICE VAN. EVEN THOUGH I WASN’T CHARGED, THE DAMAGE WAS DONE. SURE ENOUGH THE NEXT MORNING, PLASTERED ACROSS EVERY MEDIA OUTLET… KANYE GETS ARRESTED. IT DIDN’T MATTER THAT I WASN’T CHARGED OR THE FACT THAT I HADN’T ASSAULTED ANYONE. ALL THAT MATTERED WAS THAT I WAS ARRESTED.

SIDEBAR, THEY QUOTED ME AS SAYING…”GET THE CAMERA OFF HIM!” LIKE I WAS TALKING IN THIRD PERSON. HE TRIED TO MAKE ME SOUND LIKE A CRAZY PERSON AND PEOPLE BELIEVED HIM. WHAT MERIT DOES THIS GUY HAVE THAT HE CAN SAY SOMETHING ABOUT ME AND PEOPLE TAKE IT AS LAW? THE FACT THAT HE COULD GET ME ARRESTED OFF A MERE COMPLAINT BUT I CAN’T ASK HIM TO STOP TAKING PICTURES OF ME IS VERY LOPSIDED.

Kanye West was involved in a push and shove match with a paparazzo a few hours ago in the UK which resulted in the paparazzo getting a cut on his nose after having the camera force fed into his face.

The trouble started when Kanye was snapped by the pap after he tried to leave the Tup Tup nightclub in Newcastle with 4 chicas. He didn’t want the attention, and let the guy have it.

Kanye was arrested at a hotel in Gateshead, England a little while later, and after a brief investigation, Kanye was released from police custody without being charged.

Apparently, the paparazzo alleging the assault previously made the same claim against a famous British soccer player around a month ago, but that ended up going nowhere also. The dude should respect peoples’ private space and not get up in their faces, use a telephoto lens. Problem solved.

Sean “P. Diddy” Combs’ birthday bash at Mansion turned out to be a fiasco for a young party stylist who decorated the venue.

An unnamed source told Fox News:

“He was given a budget of $7,000 and 12 hours to create an all-white décor, including 1,000 white roses, blow-ups of Diddy and Barack Obama, and $2,000 of white fabric. Diddy declared it dreadful and went into a major hissy fit, screaming, ‘Show me the receipts!’ and ‘Get the money back!’ to his assistant. Then he began ripping the fabric off the walls saying he hated it. He berated the poor young decorator to the point that the guy gave back $2,000 of the money he had spent.”

Typical diva behaviour. Why didn’t some of his friends pitch in and give him a party? He HAD to give himself one and then tried to get a bargain price for a high end looking shindig. Even I know that doesn’t work! What did he expect for 7 grand? What a cheap screw, he just got what he paid for!

Here’s the latest for those who don’t know what’s sort of been going on between Ne-Yo and Yung Berg.

A few days back Ne-Yo did a guest appearance on the L.A. morning radio show “Big Boy’s Neighborhood” and Big asked him what person he would want to slap with three fingers. Ne-Yo’s response was Yung Berg. The reason he chose Yung was ” for not being creative and for biting T-Pain and Lil Wayne by using the Auto-Tune effect on his song The Business.”

Berg of course had to respond defending himself with a video blog, in which he questioned Ne-Yo’s sexuality and even referred to Ne-Yo as “Miss Independent.” Berg also wrote that Ne-Yo’s girlfriend wanted him.

Well …. Ne-Yo hadn’t read the blog but when he was asked about it last Wednesday night at Gotham Hall in Manhattan — before his big Hennessy Artistry party and concert, he had a laugh about it all. He said:

“Response for what? That ain’t my lane, dude. I don’t beef. I don’t do that. That ain’t my thing. I don’t do dis records. I don’t do beef. I don’t do any of that blogs talking about cats. I don’t do that. That ain’t my thing. I’m a grown man. I got money to make.

I can’t work with people that’s doing this for the fame element or the money element, I think that’s what’s destroying music. You got cats out here that are copycatting and doing stuff that’s popular. You know, doing it because that’s what’s in right now, whatever the case may be — but basically what you’re doing is killing music. You’re killing the creative element of what this is, which was the basis of this whole thing, which is self-expression.”

He will be writing for Usher’s new album, and Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson. So yeah… he’s got better things to do!
