A representative for Christie Brinkley has denied that she underwent a facelift at the same time her daughter Alexa Ray Joel Ray had a nose job this month.

Alexa Ray checked into Lenox Hill hospital in New York for a rhinoplasty procedure and there had been speculation Brinkley had elected to have cosmetic surgery at the same time.

A spokeswoman for the 56-year-old model said: “Alexa had breathing difficulties due to a deviated septum and decided to correct the appearance of her nose at the same time.

“As far as Christie is concerned, she was at Lenox Hill to support her daughter, and throughout her career people have speculated that she’s done this or that, which she always chooses to take as a compliment.”

Alexa Ray Joel revealed her new look this week, stepping out at the Tribecca Film Festival with her mother. The young singer recently said of the procedure: “I was thinking about getting this for years.”

Beth Ditto knows how to have a good time as The Gossip lead singer was recently in London promoting the band’s single, where she also attended several parties. Last week, the singer attended Mark Ronson’s DJ set for Trekstock charity at Proud Galleries. Then she was spotted with friends heading to Bungalow 8 later that same evening. If you were able to see some photos of her that night, it looks like Beth got smashed and trashed. Her friends actually attempted to hide the fact that it was Beth from the paparazzi by covering the singer up with a jacket and a blanket. Too bad neither object was big enough to cover the fact.

Miley Cyrus has filed a counter suit claiming she’s the victim of an Asian ploy and is now defending herself against those people that sued her for this alleged racist photo that surfaced.

Lucie Kim had sued Miley for $1 billion, on behalf of all Asian-Pacific Islanders in L.A. County.

TMZ is reporting that they have the papers Miley has just filed where she is asking the judge to sanction Kim’s lawyers for filing “a manifestly frivolous” lawsuit that amounts to nothing more than a “publicity stunt in an effort to publicly embarrass and harass [Miley] and to obtain a large and quick class-action settlement.”

Miley’s attorneys are asking the court to make Lucie Kim’s lawyers pay their $26,685 fees.

I have to admit, I do think Miley’s gesture in the picture is scandalous, but suing her for $4 billion dollars is beyond ridiculous! It’s vindictive for adults to file a frivolous lawsuit against a wealthy teenager because their ethnicity has been offended. There are people everywhere of all ethnicities being made fun of, including Caucasians.

Whitney Houston’s mom is suing her a**! Apparently Whitney kept 1 million dollars in insurance money from when her dad passed away in 2003. She was supposed to pay off his mortgage with the money, as that was his wishes. Whitney being the diva she is, is counter suing her mom for 1.6 million. Why you ask? Well mama’s been living for free for 2 decades.

I can’t believe this. Whitney should be worth millions and she is bickering over her fathers insurance money, and her mom living for free! How sad is that.

It’s apparently of Britney Spears leaving a voicemail message for an attorney back in January. Not sure if it is her, because if it were, what attorney would release something like this… he could be disbarred.

The clip was posted by a guy who has a Britney fansite. Pappy Spears is in the process of trying to have the site taken down and has threatened legal action. Since the guy couldn’t put the clip on his own site, he posted it on JFXOnline.

Britney’s ex bf, paparazzo Adnan used to do work for JFX, so that’s how the tape surfaced.

Britney’s deal with her dad seems to be working. She needs supervision, otherwise she’ll go off her meds and become bat shit crazy again which would result in her saying “bye bye” to having access with her kids. Her only really obvious choice is to keep the conservatorship, stay on the meds, and enjoy her supervised life.

John Mayer dressed up for his Mayercraft Cruise that departed from Long Beach, CA on Friday looking like the long lost son of Captain Stubing from that hit 70’s show, The Love Boat.

Rumour has it that his ex-girlfriend Jennifer Anniston dumped him because he was addicted to Twitter. He had this to say about the phase he’s going through to E! News recently:

“It’s inherently silly and it’s inherently dumb. If you really think that Twitter is the pathway to spiritual enlightenment, well…It’s one step away from sending pictures of your poop. I don’t have a devotion to Twitter. I didn’t sell out to Twitter. You do Twitter until everybody gets off of Twitter and it’s something else you go and try out.”

He left this tweet awhile ago:

“Watched the sunset. I just had a beer with the unknown, and it’s actually really cool if you shut up and listen to what it has to say.”

TMZ is reporting that 110 passengers became ill on the cruise and needed to be taken off the boat. Wonder if it was after they watched this sniffing performance??!!

No Doubt will make a guest appearance on an upcoming episode of Gossip Girl. The scheduled air date will be on May 11th.

On the episode, the band portrays a fictional group named Snowed Out.

No Doubt guitarist Tom Dumont had this to say:

“We’ve done plenty of television performances, as ourselves doing our own songs, but ‘Gossip Girl’ was a new situation. We’re kind of like actors in the sense that we’re doing something within a drama on television.”

The episode is a jump-off for the new Gossip Girl spin-off show that will focus on the characters of Lily van der Woodsen and Rufus Humphrey. The flashback episode takes viewers back in time to 1983. Britanny Snow will play Kelly Rutherford’s character, Lily van der Woodsen as a young girl, Lily Rodes.

TMZ is reporting that their sources have confirmed to them that the woman who sent the text message to Chris Brown on THE night that resulted in the assault against Rihanna was from his manager Tina Davis. Apparently, it was she who had sent him a 3 page text message to his cell phone suggesting they hook up later. When Rihanna read it, she did the freak (slapped him first) and things escalated from there.

The detective’s affidavit stated the text was:

“from a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with.”

Davis who will be turning 40 years old this month has been rumored to have had a relationship with Chris when he was 16… although both of them have denied it.

Even after receiving thousands of requests to remove Chris Brown from the nominee list, the team over at Nickelodeon are allowing his Kids Choice Awards nominations to remain.

Chris is nominated for Favorite Male Singer and also for “Kiss Kiss” for Favorite Song.

It is very upsetting that the network has not taken a more pro-active stand against domestic violence because the evidence is overwhelming. It not only includes pictures and Rihanna’s own words in the police report, but a text from Brown himself to her manager admitting and apologizing for his actions saying he was going to get help for his anger issues.

E! is reporting that Chris and Rihanna are planning to record a duet together for his Greatest Hits Album.

Here are the brothers as they hit the red carpet last night. They made another of their 3D Surprise Theater Invasion Tour appearances in Dallas, Texas.

It’s being reported that the brothers have had a disappointing opening at the box office for their Jonas Brothers 3-D Concert Experience even with their “surprise personal appearances” at various screenings throughout the U.S.

The 3-D Concert Experience did not rake in the projected $30-$40 million at the U.S. box offices, instead it earned Disney an estimated $12.7 million dollars.

It’s probably because many parents do not have the extra cash to spend on their kids right now in this economy. 3D = $15 per person, plus popcorn and drinks! Most likely, 11 year old girls don’t have that kind of spending money to blow on a movie as that is what their allowance is for two weeks!

As a comparison, Miley Cyrus’s Hannah Montana 3-D earned almost three times that amount in it’s opening weekend – and it was only played in about half as many theaters.

Rihanna and Chris are supposedly back together, PEOPLE and TMZ are reporting.

It’s just been three weeks since he beat her her up and an insider source told the magazine:

“They’re together again. They care for each other.”

The two of them have been hiding out at Sean Diddy’s home on Miami Beach’s Star Island.

Adds the source:

“While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves.”

The snitch told PEOPLE magazine’s latest issue that Chris called Rihanna on her 21st birthday one week ago:

“He called to wish her happy birthday,” a source told the magazine. “They’ve reached out to each other. It’s been mutual.”

The L.A. County D.A. will soon be deciding whether to charge him for the alleged assault on her.

This is really such a sad situation. Even though Rihanna is rich and famous it shows she is not immune from insecurity, low self-esteem and the cycle of abuse.

Rihanna has all the resources that most other abused women don’t to get out of an unhealthy relationship. I feel so sorry for all her young fans that needed her to be strong to set an example.

I’m upset with “Diddy” for supporting their reconciliation by letting them hide out in one of his homes which gives them the privacy that their own places don’t have right now. If he cared about either one of them, he wouldn’t have condoned the violence… the rest of the world was telling her to stay away from him.

The picture above caused quite a stir when it came out in Vanity Fair. It’s of Miley Cyrus and her dad Billy Ray Cyrus. So many people thought it was inappropriate, that they seemed too close.

In her new memoir, yes Miley has one out, she’s only 16 I know, but girl has things she needed to write about, she comments about all the negativity the picture received:

Miley writes:

“The media has said some stuff about my dad and me being too close and too cuddly for a father and a daughter. For me and my dad it’s not weird at all. we don’t let other people tell us what expressions we’re supposed to have on our faces when we take a picture together!”

She says that the people who criticized their relationship are:

“so full of anger, hatred and bitterness.”

I think a LOT of people would think ANY photo of a father and daughter posing the way a couple would do for an engagement photo has an ewwwww factor. Also, the way she’s dressed, low rise jeans, tummy showing and her body posture mixed with the fan machine blown hair, just seems a bit … much.

Not to mention, their hillbilly antics didn’t help the situation much either!

Last night, the photo of Rihanna with the injuries she allegedly got during the fight she had with her boyfriend Chris Brown made the internet. It was such a sad disturbing photo I didnt’ feel right posting it.

Anyways…

The LAPD now has an internal investigation to determine who sold or leaked the picture to one of the major celebrity news sites, TMZ. They issued the following statement last night asking for the public’s assistance :

“The photograph has the appearance of one taken during an official domestic violence investigation. The Los Angeles Police Department takes seriously its duty to maintain the confidentiality of victims of domestic violence. A violation of this type is considered serious misconduct, with penalties up to and including termination.”

Only Harry Levin and TMZ know how they obtained the photo. It may have been someone close to Rihanna’s, so until we are told the reasons why it was released, we should not jump to conclusions.

The one positive that I can see with it being released is that it shows that celebrities are human and also shows the younger fans who idolize Rihanna that abuse is never acceptable. Victims of domestic violence need to tell someone, instead of running back to their “abuser.” It’s a lesson hopefully others who are in a similar situation to hers learn.

Today is Rihanna’s 21st birthday.

Rihanna’s rep issued the following statement:

“At the request of the authorities, Rihanna is not commenting about the incident involving Chris Brown. She wants to assure her fans that she remains strong, is doing well, and deeply appreciates the outpouring of support she has received during this difficult time.”

A Los Angeles woman named Lucie J. Kim has filed a class action suit against Miley Cyrus, claiming she made fun of Asians by slanting her eyes in the picture above. She wants $4 billion.

Lucie J. Kim is stating she is representing more than 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in L.A. County. Her document also claims when Miley posed for the photo, she “knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ.”

In her lawsuit that she filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, she claims that each Asian Pacific Islander is entitled to the minimum damages for a civil rights violation which amounts to $4,000, which when added up would total $4 billion!

Miley has apologized twice for the photo, the second apology coming after her first one didn’t cut it. The second apology while sounding more sincere, apparently still hasn’t appeased many in the Asian community.

Kim said in her lawsuit papers that Miley’s “just a kid” apology is not acceptable. She says it is similar to Paris Hilton claiming to be just a kid. What else is not acceptable according to many others is that 16 year old Miley is sitting on the lap of an adult at a party with other adults who are drinking what appears to be alcohol.

I wonder about the other kids in the picture doing the same face, are they being sued as well? I’m thinking no since none of them are as wealthy.

Miley’s reps have not yet released a comment.

Chris Brown and Rihanna canceled their Grammy appearances yesterday and the reason is because they had a fight that turned physical with RiRi ending up with “visible injuries.”

The picture above was taken earlier in the evening and it was in this rented Lamborghini as they were on their way back to their hotel that they started arguing. They got out of the car, argued, things got physical, she was injured and he split the scene. Someone in the neighbourhood apparently heard her screams and called 911. Police came, pictures of her injuries were taken, and a warrant was then issued for his arrest after the ‘victim’ as she was initially referred to by the police identified him as her attacker.

He was then later driven to the police station by his high powered celebrity attorney Mark Geragos and surrendered to LAPD on Sunday evening. He was taken into custody at 6:30 p.m. and was officially booked at 7:41 p.m. He has been charged with one felony criminal threats charge after an alleged assault and his bail was set at $50,000. If the D.A. files the case, domestic violence charges may possibly be added.

The bail was paid and Chris was released shortly after being booked. The vehicle is still sitting in an impound lot. Since it was a rental, Chris is going to have to pay the rate of 2k a day until it is released.

TMZ is reporting:

“that her injuries were severe — two “huge contusions” which swelled up on both sides of her forehead. We’re told she also suffered “a bloody lip and nose.”

One of the law enforcement people put it this way — the contusions “look like an MMA fighter or something … [It] looked like she was growing devil’s horns.”

As we reported, the photos show major contusions on both sides of the singer’s face — there is serious swelling and bruising. Her lip is split and her nose bloody. We have now confirmed there are bite marks on one of her arms and on several fingers.

Jessica Simpson has been getting more than her share of negative publicity this past couple of weeks. First it was for gaining some weight, then supposedly her boyfriend Tony Romo was partying in her house with some hot brunette while she was out of town working, and the latest critique is for the sub-par performance she put on when she opened for Rascal Flatts in Grand Rapids Michigan last night.

Apparently she was close to tears, forgot the lyrics and barely made it through a pathetic 38-minute set of songs.

As she opened up with “These Boots are Made for Walking,” she was seen fumbling with her ear monitors as she tried to keep them in place, saying she was having difficulty hearing herself.

At one point, she had her seven-piece band stop, then start over, during “Pray Out Loud.”

As if that wasn’t bad enough she then forgot the lyrics to her single “Come on Over,” and she apologized to the audience.

Making it worse when she was introducing her closing song, “Do You Know,” she even said there have been times when she felt like walking off the stage — “like tonight.”

When she closed off with her last song, she thanked her band for “having her back,” and it appeared she was crying and wiping her tears as she exited the stage.

Word is what might have set her off is that her boyfriend missed his flight that night. Poor girl, we all have days/nights when things go wrong, it must be that much more embarrassing when it’s all caught on tape.

Her rep had this to say to TMZ today:

“Jessica had an off night. She’s a perfectionist and wanted to start some songs over. She always wants to give the best performance for her fans.”

Miley Cyrus, has posted a response on her blog trying to explain away this picture of her and her much older friends making a ‘goofy’ face. She doesn’t get it though. “I’m sorry if……….. ” is not a apology!

It’s all over the internet and the news that she was being racially insensitive when she did this and so this is her attempt at damage control.

Miley wrote on her blog:

“I’ve also been told there are some people upset about some pictures taken of me with friends making goofy faces! Well, I’m sorry if those people looked at those pics and took them wrong and out of context!

In NO way was I making fun of any ethnicity! I was simply making a goofy face. When did that become newsworthy? It seems someone is trying to make something out of nothing to me. If that would of been anyone else, it would of been overlooked! I definitely feel like the press is trying to make me out as the new ‘BAD GIRL’!

I feel like now that Britney is back on top of her game again, they need someone to pick on! Lucky me! haha Anyway, I just wanted to let you guys know what is on my heart. You guys know me and have been by my side every step of the way! You guys know my heart and know the most important things to me are my friends, family, fans, and GOD! In NO WAY do I want to disappoint any of you! But, when I have made mistakes in the past, I feel like I’ve owned up to them and apologized.”

Miley is digging herself into a hole, does she actually think that her “goofy face” excuse is going to fly?

I don’t know what’s more disturbing, drunk/stoned adults doing “Asian eyes” or a 16-year-old GIRL sitting on her 21-year-old boyfriend’s lap! Teens will be teens, I know she’s having her fun but, with a life constantly in the spotlight, she needs to stop doing dumba** stunts and think before she acts. Anytime anyone takes a picture, it will most likely end up on Facebook or Myspace.

As we all know, Beyonce was asked to sing “At Last” at the presidential inauguration and she did a fine job although why they didn’t just ask Etta instead is beyond me.

Etta feels the same way and she is still upset she wasn’t asked to sing her song. During one of her concerts in Seattle the other night, Etta started hissing about it.

Etta told the audience:

“You know, YOUR President, the one with the big ears-he ain’t my President–had that woman singing for him at his Inauguration. She’s going to get her ass whooped. How dare Beyonce sing MY song that I been singing forever. Now I’m going to sing it for y’all….”

Just thinking, wouldn’t it have been nice if Beyonce had asked Etta to sing the song with her? Although, I’ve read that many think of Etta as ‘old school ghetto’ … as in the woman can bring the house down when she belts out the tunes, but she also can belt out the raunch!

I have to admit though that just the thought of old Etta kicking BeYAWNce’s fine a** is sexay! Etta and Sacha Fierce … cage fight. I’d so be there!

These two leeches were the subject of a court hearing in LA today.

Adnan Ghalib and Sam Lutfi both had restraining orders filed against them ordering them to stay away from Britney. Her father and attorney went to court and filed documents stating that these two leeches had tried to mess with Britney’s conservatorship:

“in a way that would be extremely harmful to her.”

Jon Eardly, an attorney who represented / acted on behalf of Lufti, also had an order filed against him as well.

TMZ is reporting about it but the gist of it is this:

“One of the lawyers in the case filed a declaration saying over the past month she received “multiple telephone calls and text messages from Lutfi.” She says Lutfi wanted to set up an urgent meeting to “speak with Mr. Spears and me with regard to what he claimed was ‘information he had received about Mr. Spears and his daughter, Britney Spears as well as others.’” The attorney also says Lutfi claimed “he had been talking with Adnan Ghalib about the conservatorship and Ms. Spears’ status as a conservatee.

In another document, one of the conservatorship lawyers claims “Mr. Lutfi has sent text messages and instant messages that contain false and hurtful allegations concerning Mr. Spears, Ms. Spears, and the Spears family.” The lawyer continues, “Mr. Lutfi, Adnan Ghalib, and Jon Eardley sought unsuccessfully to induce an attorney to file” false statements with the court.”

TMZ goes on to write:

“The papers make it clear….”Over the past month, Ms. Spears has had numerous telephone conversations with both Mr. Lutfi and Mr. Ghalib and has exchanged numerous text messages with both of them.” But we’re told now Brit is so mad at them she wants them locked up.

Interesting fun fact: In the petition for the TRO, it says Brit has been communicating with Adnan and that “Ms. Spears innocently informs Mr. Ghalib of her destinations and that he then arranges for paparazzi to meet and film her to his financial benefit.”

So it seems that Daddy’s little girl has been naughty. She was in communication with them both but now she’s pissed off at them for some reason, is afraid and wants them jailed! The fact that the papers show she was still talking with them, which in itself is beyond disturbing, just goes to show she is not well yet and most definitely still needs to be under the conservatorship until she is stabilized.

I wonder if Pappy Spears can sue them both for harrassment. They need more than a restraining order to get rid of these freaks. She is NOT well mentally, it’s really frightening that these two are still trying to manipulate and take advantage of her.

After listening to all that, it all comes down to her standing up for herself telling everyone that they need to stop thinking they know all about her because they don’t!

She has her own t.v. show, is on magazines, and all over the net, so no…Miley is NOT just like any average teenage girl, her life is way different from others. When she decided to go into the entertainment industry, she probably didn’t really realize the full impact having her privacy invaded would have on her.

So many people have something negative to say Amy’s scandalous antics, but in my opinion, she still has what it takes when it comes to singing. Such a gifted artist, hopefully she’ll get her act together soon and do what she was born to do and that is use her talent to share her gift. Her voice is not created or manufactured in a studio unlike so many of today’s pop stars.

Josh has gone back to England and despite telling the UK’s Sun that she is going to wait for her Blaaaake, she already has found another island guy to play with.

The UK’s Sun is reporting that an island ’source’ told them:

“Amy has met another chap and they are getting on really well. She has had her eye on this bloke for a while. He is another clean-cut, handsome, healthy bloke, much like Josh. He teaches tennis and other sports at the resort where Amy stayed before she moved to the villa. Amy’s really into him.”

Here she is relaxing and supposedly ‘drying out.’ Her crack-free days are probably limited since relapse rates are higher for users who are not sober, but I believe European countries try to teach moderation of legal substances while abstaining from the drug of choice, unlike Canada and the U.S. who teach absolute sobriety and abstaining from all substances to avoid relapse.
